12 lbs. fresh masa
28 ounces lard or Shortening
31 ½ cups fresh goat cheese
41 cup roasted corn kernels
51 ½ ounces baking powder
61 bunch cilantro chopped
7salt to taste
82 ounces sugar
92 whole jalapenos chopped
101 tablespoon lime juice
1124 dried corn husks soaked in water
121 medium onion diced

Notes
Notes: Blend all ingredients except ; corn , cilantro , corn husks in a food processor until smooth. Fold in chopped cilantro and roasted corn
refrigerate for one hour
place 3 oz. ball in the center of a large corn husk , wrap and tie at both ends with a lace made from an extra husk.
Steam for 7 min.
