Fold in chopped cilantro and roasted corn refrigerate for one hour  place 3 oz. ball in the center of a large corn husk , wrap and tie at both ends with a lace made from an extra husk. Steam for 7 min. serve  Serving Ideas: as an appetizer or for starch on main corse</description>
