Chop Shop

Select Saturdays & Sundays, 10am-3pm

Join in on one of Revolution’s cooking classes in the 2016 season with Chef Jim Anile and staff.  Each Chop Shop consists of up to 14 students working hands on with the chef and his staff to create a special themed menu for that day.  At the end of each class, chef and students will sit down together to share in the day's menu and wine.
